Testimonials

“Shannon was an outstanding employee during her tenure with Tremco/WTI. Shannon was one of the first administrative employees to work remotely and helped us build processes to better support other remote team members. She was assigned difficult situations that needed corrections or improved processes. She was always able to organize and complete work efficiently and effectively. We were sorry to see her leave, however, her desire to expand her knowledge, as well as her personal self is part of the reason she was such a great employee. I would strongly recommend her for this type of work.” ~Mardee Billingsley, Director of Asset Management Programs, WTI/Tremco

“One of the most important qualities of an employee is his/her dependability. This is one of Ms. McDonough’s strongest qualities. Not only did I feel completely supported by her, I knew she would persist until the assignment was complete. I always knew I could count on her under any circumstance.

Shannon’s position with the Auburn Downtown Association also required her to be a self starter and self motivator. This was never a problem for her. In fact oftentimes she would anticipate what needed to be done and complete tasks before being directed. Her reliable work ethic and ability to work independently was a valuable asset to me.

The nature of Shannon’s responsibilities required her to interact with a variety of people; something those individuals were less than pleasant. She has a natural and warm personality that people enjoyed which enabled her to build relationships and trust with nearly everyone she worked with.” ~Kristine Susee, former Executive Director, Auburn Downtown Association

“Shannon has capably demonstrated her professionalism and business ability by assuming the unassigned role as Association Director, personally assisting me as the ADA President beyond the call of her responsibility. Shannon, without hesitation, immediately stepped up to fill the administrative gap with the resignation of the Executive Director. She filled this position for a 5 month period as a candidate for the postion was sought. The new director left after 5 months where Shannon again filled the role for an additional year while a permanent director was finally hired to fill the position.

Shannon’s duties at the ADA included administration tasks including accounting, directing and program development. She worked closely with city and state officials, board members, committees and volunteers. She developed both written and visual presentation and promotional materials. She filled both roles as the acting director and assistant, performing the functions of each, and all on a part time basis, never being late with assignments and always more than fulfilling expectations. As President I could not have kept the organization operating without her constant dedication, assistance and professional support.” ~Alan C. Keimig, former President, Auburn Downtown Association
